You can ask Santos Snow Cones to delete eligible website-ordering or social-conversation information associated with you.

Submit a request
Send the words "Delete my data" in a direct message to the official Santos Snow Cones Instagram or Facebook account used for your order. You may also call (956) 503-2782 or visit 108 S Canal St, La Feria, TX 78559.
Include the name used for the order and the approximate date of your conversation or order. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents in a direct message.
Identity verification
Santos may ask for limited information needed to match the request to an account, conversation, or order. Requests are reviewed by a staff member; the virtual assistant does not delete records automatically.
What happens next
After verification, Santos will delete or de-identify eligible contact, conversation, and cart information from active systems. The business will confirm completion through the contact method used for the request when practical.
Records that may remain
Paid-order, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and security records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required. Data may also remain temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle expires.
