How annual status works
Status points track what you earn during the calendar year. They are separate from your spendable rewards balance, so redeeming a reward never lowers your status progress.
On January 1, annual progress resets. Silver, Gold, and Diamond members retain their status when they reached at least 50% of the next status goal; otherwise they move down one level.
You can move up at any time during the year. Your account dashboard shows both your available balance and animated annual progress.
